"I got longjohn silver, the fish and chicken Fish was oil soaked and the chicken was rubbery. It was 8pm. More worried about drive through than lobby customers. The guy acted annoyed when I asked for tartar sauce."

"The majority of the food in my order was stale, old, and inedible. I had to throw away most of my food. I’m extremely disappointed; this is the second time I’ve ordered from this location, and both times have provided poor quality food. I don’t plan to order from here again."

"had a big order... to avoid confusion from explaining at the drive thru i ordered at kiosk. 1000% nothing was right.... ordered taco rolls got hard shell taco supreme... they apologized for how long my large order was taking i said "take your time make it right" yeeeeeahhh didnt know tacobell was such a hard place to work.."

"The worse experience I’ve ever had. Fish was half cooked. With batter still in the middle, chicken tender hard as ever, shrimp and hush puppies non edible. Friends completely hard. How do you even sell this to a customer."

"It depends on who is working on how the food and service will be. When you place a DRIVE THRU order on the app, you expect to pick it up in the drive thru, not to have to go into the store for your order. Every time the one manager is working, she makes me go inside, even though NOONE else is in line!! If you're worried about your drive thru times, have someone else help you complete the order!! And when you put lettuce in tacos and push it down, it breaks the shells!! Every shell on every taco-6 total, were broken. Same manager, every time. The pictures are from our last visit where again same manager, broken shells, had to go inside..the nacho fries were cold, I had to actually ask her to fill the container more and it still wasn't full, neither was the cheese cup. I'd give less stars, but when their super star employee is working, the service and food are absolutely the best ever!! If I could get her schedule I'd definitely order more again, but lately it's always the other lady with a bad attitude, broken falling apart tacos and worse service!! I don't even get receipts from her to complete the surveys."
