"If I could rate lower I would. They overcharged me and I have the bank statements to prove it. I talked to customer service rep Ashley who was wonderful and because she couldn’t help me transferred me over to a supervisor who I believe is named Dallas. Dallas hung up on me. Then I recalled spoke to a wonderful customer service rep named Jasmine. She transferred me over to a different supervisor because Dallas would not speak to me. This supervisor is telling me I’m wrong when I have my bank statements to prove it. They won’t even look at my bank statements. Then while I’m talking to her about this issue she gets annoyed. Then tries to accuse me of having an unregistered driver on my insurance as if I cannot have two cars to myself. One of my cars is extremely old as i got it 8 years ago. so I take the old one to my job for a 15minute drive and use my other realizable new car for personal things. Which isn’t any of their business nor should have been brought up as that had nothing to do with what we were talking about. I’ve never missed a payment and have been with them since I was 18, I’m 26. This is how you treat your customers? Nope. I’m leaving this insurance company. Thank you for the normal customer service reps for your professionalism and but for the two supervisors you need to learn how to care for your customers that have been loyal and haven’t missed nor paid a payment late ever."
"Pretty horrible. My agent "lost" some forms I signed at least 15 years ago and then charged me for his mistake because I didn't sign and return them quickly enough. Never using Unprogressive again. Because seriously, they don't keep digital copies of forms like every other insurance company? What are they using their computers for? Playing PacMan? What a joke. And the funny thing is that I switched to Allstate and was able to sign those exact same forms online in less than a minute."
"It is truly the most expensive worst insurance out there. Geico Insurance is far better, they don't offer much and I stopped using them decades ago. But, Progressive is the worst. They will never see my business again!!!"
"Was in an accident that was not my fault on a Friday, other insurance company called me within an hour and got the ball rolling. Even though I reported to Progressive I did not hear anything except a text message late the evening. The following Tuesday I was informed by the other insurance company that vehicle was a total loss but driver did not have enough coverage to pay claim. Made several attempts to reach out to progressive adjuster and did not hear back, I had to call 800 number and get transferred to supervisor to start claim, they promised a call that evening that never happened. Did not hear from progressive claim adjuster until almost a week after accident. Was told progressive would get vehicle and have decision by Tuesday, Now on Thursday and I have not heard anything so I have to call again. Progressive has just gotten vehicle and now I'm being told it will be until next Monday or Tuesday. Was the victim of another driver running a stop sign and now 2 weeks later Progressive is victimized me again and dragong out a process another insurance company did in 2 days. It is ashame how this company is unprofessional handling the situation while all this time clock is ticking on the rental coverage. We would just like to know if it is totaled or repairable to make decisions and move on with life but Progressive is holding us captive. Do not recommend, horrible service when you need it most!!!"
"WORST CAR INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! If you are thinking of getting progressive as your car insurance company, PLEASE stay far away!! If you get into a car accident, they can care less about you and more about their pockets. They will try to spend as little as possible even though they are at fault. They will try to total your car so they don’t have to pay for repairs. They also won’t give you a rental while your car is being repaired. WORST CAR INSURANCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!! Please avoid at all costs and get another insurance company for your sanity. If you choose progressive as your car insurance company, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!"
