"If you’re pregnant, don’t bother with this place. My appointment has been canceled and rescheduled multiple times now due to issues with the masseuse, and unless you don’t work, getting an appointment on a day and time that works for you is near impossible and weeks out. I honestly think the baby will be born before this massage actually happens. If my husband didn’t buy a gift card for this place, I would have just completely canceled at this point. Unfortunately they already got our money and clearly don’t care about customer service."

"I’m disappointed, frustrated and now at the point of disgust with my experience at the spa on the boulevard nail salon! My little sister decided for my birthday she would treat me to a sisters spa day together because I’m a new mom and don’t find much time for self care these days. I had been to spa on the boulevard one other time when my mother in law treated me for my engagement several years ago, I remembered it being a fun, relaxing and personal experience. So I chose them for this outing thinking even though they are more expensive, it will be better quality and more fun! I regret this decision as my sisters money was completely wasted as you can see in the photos! First off it took booking farther out just to get a double appointment to have them done together, yet when we arrived they still tried to take us one at a time and acted like they had no idea it was a double appointment…So right out the gate it was more stressful, less relaxing. We both wanted gel polish to make it last as long as possible, I’ve always had this done at other shops and it has lasted on average 3 months with no chips, peeling, anything! My sister was told she could only have gel on fingers OR toes, not both as the time slot wasn’t big enough, yet I was able to get both?? On top of that I picked out a very simple fall design (orange, tan and brown solid colors with a few stripes on ONE nail) and was told they don’t do designs there, it was too difficult. So showed them my back up design (3 solid mauve colors, one for each nail 2 repeated) couldn’t find colors to recreate it… so I just let the woman choose colors for me to save time… The employees were very nice despite these disappointments thus far, and I was willing to look past all the negatives at this point. Then NOT EVEN 24 HOURS after our appointment my right thumb nail starts PEELING OFF! As I said, gel normally lasts me SEVERAL months! I’ve NEVER seen it peel, normally I can’t even get it off when I want to! But I literally barely started my day by 8am and it was peeling. By mid day my thumb nail was gone. I called and spoke to 2 people at the front desk day 1 and was told to come in to have a repair. Reluctant, I agreed, only to inform my husband and realize I forgot the ac man was coming the day I scheduled it for and I couldn’t find another day to go. The day my sister took me WAS my free and convenient day! They just kept telling me they do repairs, not refunds after I explained to them I couldn’t come back in. I was told upper management would call me the next day. Well by the afternoon I heard nothing so I call and again had to explain to my 3rd person the situation. Telling them my sister paid more money to take me here a a cheaper shop for worse quality, and it is unfair! Again I was told no refunds. I even suggested a credit instead towards the hair appointment I had scheduled to keep our money in their shop, and only my half of the service, not my sisters as her nails so far are holding up. But again NO REFUNDS. At this point they tell me the manager of the nail department will call me tomorrow… extremely frustrated at this point I felt as though my sisters money was completely wasted on me and I’d never get it back. The manager called me 2 days later and left a voicemail saying best she could do was $5 credit to my account for the thumb mail and $5 for my chipped pinky nail. That was utterly unacceptable! Now it is ONE WEEK since our “service” and ALL OF MY NAILS PEELED OFF!!! All in one go! Not chipped away bit by bit, nope whole solid pieces! This place was the biggest waste of money and my sister is so upset because this was supposed to be my birthday gift and I’ve had to go through all this back and forth to ultimately not have what she paid for me to have. They did not look out for the best interest of the customer, instead they wanted to keep my sisters money despite the horrible service they provided us and inconvenience a new mom to find ANOTHER day to come in to justify it. Needless to say I canceled my hair appointment and I will not be back."

"Treated my husband to a massage for his birthday and he had a pleasant experience. They were available on a Sunday which in my opinion is the best day for a massage. The atmosphere was relaxing and he was also able to take advantage of the complimentary steam room and sauna before his service."

"Went to see Tiffany after a recommendation that she is great with short hair. I did a major cut and she listened to what I was looking for and made some excellent suggestions after looking at my hair texture and thickness. Absolutely loved my cut and have been back since! Tiffany is my new go-to!!! The whole staff is really nice and professional and the location is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend."
