"To the owner, your employees are unsupervised kids who don't care at all about your customers concerns, they are hanging out together talking and on their phones and they're running your business into the ground. The food is largely pre prepared and cold, often made wrong and any changes you ask for are ignored and then when you get angry your the bad guy. You're employees have zero accountability and have no authority figures in charge and making sure the work gets done properly, after all it's only people's hard earned money your making. You as the owner need to get your businesses in order because all the kids you hire care about is that it's an easy job where you don't have to do much, nobody's in charge and you just collect pay checks and you should be embarrassed to have your establishments run this badly and most importantly the food quality and food preparation is the worst I've ever seen and the common thread is you, the owner and the disrespectful juvenile service of your terrible employees. You need adult oversight and accountability on an hour to hour basis. Lastly these 2 McDonald's have been very bad for years and all complaints have been ignored, the food is atrocious and that's on you and the people you hire to represent you, your employees don't care how nasty the food is and nobody's stopping them from serving this uneatable trash."

"The website says that the drive thru is open till 11pm and I have gone there twice and both times I went at 9pm and they said they were closed! All the lights were still on and there were still people in the building."

"Since when do you have to pay extra for barbecue sauce? lol kind of a joke. Never paid extra for bbq sauce at a McDonald’s before but this one apparently you have to. I mean you have places like chick fil a throwing sauces at you for free and then McDonald’s makes you pay $1.20 extra for 2 lousy sauces, after already making you pay $13 for a Big Mac meal. Do better mcdonalds."

"This has to be one of the worst McDonald's around! This isn't the first time I've had a meal I was dissatisfied with but this is the first time I am reviewing this place! I spend my hard-earned money to get a burger that looks like this? I hope someone in corporate sees this and if they do please ask your employees if they would eat that burger! If you're thinking of going to this McDonald's remember there's plenty of other foods that will give you a meal worth eating!"

"This is one of my least favorite McDonald's restaurant. McDonald's is always good for great and fast service but this location is the exception. Everytime I come in here it seems like they are understaffed and the order takes forever. Most locations would get a 3 or 4 star but this location cant get a rating that high. They have updated recently I added some photos."
