"Lazy workers they had me waiting in drive thru to place an order for almost ten minutes I just parked and went inside and there’s absolutely ZERO customers in the store. Why am I waiting at peak lunch time when there are no other customers being served? Oh because the girl taking orders likes to stand outside and smoke cigarettes. Terrible service"

"On 7/14/2023 I place a order for a larger meal(shroom and Swiss) for my partner so obviously, we got the meal and was heading over to Wendy’s because I wanted food from there so while he was eating his food, he took his last bite and realized there was a hair I end up looking in the fries and realizing there was also hair immediately we went back over because I couldn’t get a hold of Anybody over the phone went back over went in and there was couple people in there and a gentleman came up and explain the situation and there was a female name Christy, and she got immediately cocky and defensive, saying it wasn’t her hair and asked where the burger was that I was furious cause I was trying to explain her, but she was being ghetto and cocky and needless to say I showed him the fries and I left it in a bag. I did get my money but she needed to learn. She needs to learn how to handle the situation a little bit better. She was highly disgusting. The place is disgusting and she should not be working there. If she can’t handle people there making mistakes the two guys that were beside me and it’s on video stated that none of them were wearing hair nuts and I told her that she should be wearing hairnets if she’s working around food and she stated she didn’t have to. I think that place is highly disgusting and I will make sure that I posted everywhere to notify everybody how disgusting it ignorant that places ."

"our family waited it the drive thru for just a few seconds before deciding that the line was to long and we would go inside to order we were approached by a manager who was very sorry for the wait but it would take a little before getting to us. when taking our order he continued to say sorry and made sure we were taken care of they seemed to be very under staffed but to my eyes and how fast we got our food after our order was taken i think they did an amazing job."

"It is my favorite fast food. Well, Burger King and Taco Bell, that is. Burger King doesn't allow you to "have it your way" anymore. There are only a few modifications allowed. Also, how come they charge you to add certain toppings, but they don't discount the price if you remove items??"
