"Worst service, on each car they literally took 20 minutes. If dont have employees at night then close the drive through."

"Literally just left the drive thru because I stopped there on my way home from working my night shift at wawa. I only got hashbrowns, a sausage burrito, and a steak bagel for my boyfriend, only had 20 dollar bill on me that I had folded up in my pocket that I forgot about, went to pay and they take forever then this manager comes back to the window saying she won’t accept my bill because it looks “fake” asks if I had a card I said no I only have the 20, I don’t get paid until tonight and I just got off work I don’t even have my purse with me, says she won’t take my bill, so I said I wasn’t leaving without corporates number or my food. She then tells me she doesn’t have corporates number which is bullcrap because how can you be a manager but not have a number for corporate or for customer service for complaints. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!! I literally ALWAYS go to this McDonald’s cause it’s right by my house but believe me when I say I won’t go again !! I will be going back to McDonald’s later today though to find out the name of the manager and complain about her in person. Was a terrible experience."

"Late night McDonald’s craving after an evening out. We had two cars and parked one while taking the other through the drive through. The workers needed extra time to get our order ready so they asked us to pull into one of the spots in the front. This took about 15 minutes. When we got back to the other side to get the other car, it had been towed. Now we have to pay $175 to get our car back. And we never left the parking lot."

"I buy that Iced coffee today from this restaurant when I drink the coffee I see in the bottom of the class something dirty if I become sick, I will immediately contact with my primary doctor. I have the invoice and proof with me. I don’t understand why these people is not keep cleaning the restaurant they just like to receive the money."
