"This restaurant has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called ahead of time to confirm the kitchen was still open (as it was late). They confirmed it was. My partner went inside to order (and pay) 20min later when we went to the door to pick up the food, the girl at the front couldn’t find it and said that whoever put the food in didn’t do something right and so the food was never made. Not only that but the red tiger was shut down and they were “unable to provide a refund”. I’ll never return to this location given the poor manner in which they handled this situation. All of the staff should be fired for their sheer lack of basic professionalism."

"I ordered the boneless wings in Thai curry and Parmesan garlic. The quality control on this order is so bad because there is barely any sauce in the wings. It’s such a tardy cooking. Usually you get them smothered in sauces. Also the other day I had the burger with onion rings which made me throw up later because it was too greasy. I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. This location is not good."

"This was the worst chicken and food I have ever had in life. The chicken was over cooked not well done. Possibly old in-terms of being cooked and reheated. The food tasted like someone doesn’t care about what they make. Clearly no quality control. We ordered wings, fries and a chicken sandwich. The fries were old and over cooked. I literally almost chipped a tooth. The sandwich was sloppily put together. One of the fry orders was significantly smaller than the other. Which is confusing because they we ordered to of the same size. I asked for my wings to be cooked hard not over cooked to the point of some being inedible. I also order half lemon pepper and half plain. They gave a sprinkle of lemon pepper and then didn’t separate the plain. I had to put extra seasonings on. The chicken sandwich was soggy. I will not be ordering again. I’m not sure if this was because this was an Ubereats order or not. I have gotten a to go order before and had a slightly better experience. But this was the last straw I will not be ordering from this location. I highly do not recommend. If I could give zero stars I would!"

"Nashville hot chicken sandwich was awesome!!! Potato wedges were hot fresh n crispy. Loved this place. I have tried their chicken sandwich and wings before, and I loved those, but I was disappointed by their french fries twice; too skinny and dry. You can definitely order ahead to not wait in line. Dine in experience is great for chit-chat or watching sports."

"Is there a NO STAR option!? Stopped in for a to-go order of 10 wings and fries BBQ sauce on the side . Ordered in store and waited. When the order appeared, I thanked them, grabbed the bag, and left. As with any restaurant, I geab a fry as I get in the car to assure quality and that it's fresh and was appalled. They weren't even warm and obviously old as they were "chewey." I immediately went back in, with no attitude, and simply explained that they were cold and I'd like another order and said I'd be happy to wait. Had I known to check the wings, it also would have saved me the disgust as I got my new fries (warm, but NOT HOT, and obviously NOT fresh!) and left. I was hot on the highway and decided to grab a wing as I started my 1hr 40-minute journey home only to find the wings were OLD AND DRY undoubtedly from sitting under a headlamp for HOURS! This was absolutely the WORST food I have ever had from this brand. It has absolutely tainted the experience, and if I order from them again, I will be checking every item and holding a magnifying glass to everything. This particular store needs an immediate adjustment in its food service. I will NOT be back to that location."
