"This is a great hole in the wall restaurant. Food is very tasty and authentic. We ordered the baba ghanoush and mix kebab platter. Everything was yummy especially the kofte, chicken and lamb kebabs."

"Two things I like here were the Kiymali Pide and the Kunefeh. Kofte was.. ok.. liver was better, but I prefer the sweet dressing. Would’ve been better if the played Turkish music for the ambience."

"I went to Taste of Istanbul yesterday. I'm originally from Turkey, I don't usually write reviews unless I really like the place. It's hard to find authentic Turkish food, we tried Lahmacun, Meatballs and Falafel. Lahmacun was very nice, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside, smells nice and fresh on the inside (it should be like this). Meatballs are really risky because they add a lot of spices to it, you can't even taste the meat, but Taste of Istanbul seems that this is not a problem with meat products, the meat is nice and delicious. I see that it is fresh and not overcooked. All I can say for Falafel is that it gets a 10 from my teenage son. I loved Turkish teas. Overall really friendly, clean and fresh food; If you want to experience authentic Turkish food this is the place to go."
