Likes to gossip about customers personal affairs I've been a customer for 6 years supporting this business my four and five year old daughters to get their hair done. "I needed an immediate appointment after my regular salon was full & Etta's was available. I went in and was seated instantly. I showed the style I was interested in & the price given was ridiculously overpriced so I selected a different style. I was still unhappy with the price but stayed anyway. I wanted 5 feedin braids. The stylist's baby began crying, so she straped the baby to her back!!! My braids were sloppy, not braided all they to the back of my head, loose, just a mess! I went back 3 days later for it to be fixed and once again i was disappointed! Never again!"
