"I’d leave 0 stars if I could. I’ve never left a bad review for a place and I always give people the benefit of the doubt. I went in and the lady who cut my hair made it very clear she didn’t want to be there and my hair shows that. I have a bald spot cut in to my head. I went back and tried to get it fixed and another woman there told me that “she could see exactly what I was talking about” but nothing is wrong. How can you see what’s wrong and nothing be wrong? The lady who originally cut it said that she had no interest in fixing it and I already felt uncomfortable going back in there to try to get my hair fixed. I will absolutely never go to great clips in forest hill again."

"Walk ins are accepted and if many customers are ahead of you, they have a nice system set in place to keep you informed of your current wait status. It makes it possible for you to run other errands in the meantime and still provide you with accurate time slot for you to return. Very friendly staff and accommodating along with great haircuts as an end result."

"Would leave no stars if I could!!! Went to Great Clips yesterday.  Myself and my two daughters.  All of our hair is a nightmare!  My older daughter had a photo for reference and the stylist said she could do it and wouldn't go too short at first to make certain my daughter was happy with the length and then she could go shorter at that point.  What a joke!  She cut off so much of my daughter's hair!  It looks nothing like the photo she referenced.  She did not cut and then ask if she'd like to go shorter.  My other daughter's layers are so ridiculous.  Not even blended.  I could have done a better job at home.  Also, it is so unprofessional that our stylist stops cutting our hair every two mins to answer phones or check people in.  Do a better job and have a receptionist!  I'm done with this place, after spending $81.00 and my daughters crying...  I will NEVER go back.  Also, Lena needs to get a better attitude.  She is so rude!!!!!"
