"I really enjoy this place! I regularly go to Katie or Chloe and not only are they both super friendly, they do great work with dip manicures. All of the staff are friendly and they have flexible schedules for walk-ins and appointments. Would definitely recommend!"

"Developed an extremely bad infection in my left big toe after receiving an acrylic service. I went back the following day and asked for the acrylic to be removed from the toe as it has become very inflamed. The new nail tech ( who I’d never seen before after coming to this salon for 3 years ) partially removed the acrylic. I told him that he hadn’t taken it all the way off and he insisted he did. As I expected , he didn’t remove the acrylic but instead only removed the polish. The acrylic was still on. I finally went to the doctors after my big toe became so enlarged that I could not wear shoes. My toe was oozing a yellow stinky discharge, was warm to the touch and inflamed. It eventually ruptured in blood. I wasnt offered any type of compensation for this major inconvenience and the salon had been made aware of the issue that I was having. I am extremely disappointed. I will not be going back. I wish I could post pictures"

"I am very saddened by my experience here. I have been looking for a new salon near my job, and went into Leyna nails with high hopes. I walked in at about 5:40pm an hour and 20 min before closing time and asked for a full set and a pedicure. The gentleman who greeted me said they only had time for one so I had to pick, I said not a problem I'll just do my nails. As I'm sitting getting my prior polish removed by a very nice girl who had no part in any of this, a woman and her daughter walk in and do you have time for my daughter for a full set they said yes and then she said she also is going to do matching toes and that was okay! Then as they left my fingers soak in acetone for 35 minutes while my nail technician went and did another walk ins pedicure I had enough and left. I am genuinely disappointed in how I was treated. On the other hand, SERENITY NAIL SPA right down the road is AMAZING and I would highly recommend taking the extra ten minutes to go there instead!"

"Loved the service, really clean, polite and hardworking employees. I really appreciate that they take the pandemic seriously as well. Everyone, including guests were masked the entire time. Protective shields are between you and the employees. They even have a virtual thermometer to make sure people aren't coming in sick. My daughter and I had a wonderful time... First pedicure in over a year and 100% worth it."
