"This branch of BOA is the worst I have been to. There is one teller working in the middle of the day. It is impossible to come to the bank during your lunch hour. I have been here more than an hour and still waiting because there is one teller. There is no since of urgency by anyone. There are fifteen people in line with more people waiting outside. This the worst example of customer service. No stars one is too many, need the one to post comment."

"September 6th the lady at the info desk was making up stuff that I knew was not true, she didn't know anything about what I was there for then she said she was going to get someone to help and never came back I just left and went to bank of America in crofton and got it taken care of and the lady in Clinton was not able to help the man in front of me either unbelievable"
