"The food is always fresh and delicious! The restaurant is clean and well kept; also the music selection they have is great! Janus manages her team so well and her customer service is top notch. Other f&b needs to learn about customer service especially in this economy."

"My friends each had a Smash burger, each carefully specifying no Smash sauce, as they have eaten the burgers many times before, and know they dislike the sauce. The burgers came quickly and they said the burgers were decent but not memorable. The Smash tots were small fat cylinders of what tasted like the shredded potatoes in some hash browns, but they were served hot, and once you rolled them in a napkin to remove the excess grease, okay to eat. I ordered the chicken wings and after the promised fifteen minute wait, six appeared, together with the lightest crispiest onion rings. The wings were tasty and not greasy or breaded, but onion rings were clearly the star."

"For the past year, we have been looking forward to a Smashburger, but sadly we were very disappointed. From our order time to arrival at our table, we waited 28 minutes for dine-in service. We took note of the people around us, and they were all experiencing the same delayed food time. Online orders and to-go are prioritized here at this location. It was disappointing to see people walk in, place a to-go order, and get their meal in less than seven minutes. We ordered two different meals, and they arrived the same, DRY and overcooked. Our Avocado double burger was beyond well-done and borderline hockey pucked. Our smoked brisket sandwich was the same, over-fried, clearly reheated, and not sauced to cut the cardboard chew. Please do not order the Gluten Free bun; it falls apart immediately when you lift it. EXPENSIVE for two burgers and one side of fries, $45 is too much for the lack of quality received. We hoped the sweet potato fries would be better, their portion is small and the price does not justify the quantity. The flavoring for the fries was good, but they were sent out to us cold and soggy."

"I was craving a burger and they definitely delivered ! I’ve passed this place many times but today I decided it was time to try it ! I ordered the double avocado bacon burger and it knocked it out of the park for me! I’m not huge on burgers and this one has for made an impression. To have a juicy and flavorful burger accompanied by some Smash fries that were perfectly seasoned !!!! It was a smash for sure and I will absolutely be returning !"
