"Received a Caesar salad with no croutons and no dressing. Tried to call the store and couldn’t get an answer."
"I visited this Wendy’s with my partner on Fri Oct 20, around 6pm. We ordered a Biggie Bag & a plain Jr Cheeseburger. We got our food, and saw that the cheeseburger wasn’t plain. I walked back up to the counter and asked the worker who was currently working the register if it would be able to be remade. She told me I hadn’t ordered a plain cheeseburger, and asked me “what [was she] supposed to do about it”. I told her that I did order a plain cheeseburger (which she denied again, citing my receipt, which was not accurately inputed. I understand the staff making what was put in for the order, but just wanted something my partner could actually eat), and asked if we would be able to have a new one remade. I received a plain chicken sandwich instead of a plain cheeseburger. When I went back to the front to ask for what I had ordered, multiple staff members rolled their eyes at me before making me and handing me the burger. I saw that both the chicken sandwich and the cheeseburger were intentionally squished by the worker making them, which was frankly unnecessary. Honestly, I don’t have an issue with mistakes being made - they happen. I’m glad we eventually got the food we ordered, but my main complaint would be the treatment I received from the workers onsite."
"Service. That's what has consistently made Wendy's the number one stand out fast food place. This location has an employee, or maybe a manager, who is worth her weight in gold. She spoke Spanish as well as English, as she was training a new employee, maintaining morale among her cooks, she took care of my family's order so thoroughly and thoughtfully that it was truly a treat. I don't know if we're anything special, but she treated us like we were. If this Wendy's were anywhere near where we live, we would be back. The food was standard, and of quality, as their slogan suggests. If you want a good piece of chicken in your sandwich, avoid the "crispy chicken sandwich" from the value menu. It's basically just a slightly larger, flattened chicken nugget. The spicy chicken sandwich is a legitimate piece of meat."
"First time back to this Wendy's since the renovations that made it look brand new and probably my last visit. 7/30/23 around 6pm. We must have waited 15 minutes behind one car. So, it still holds the record for the longest wait than any other Wendy's I've been too in all of Maryland and I'm not sure why because I must have counted 6 people at the front and I don't know how many are in the back cooking the food. When the car in front of me finally got his order, the staff told me they gave that guy my order by mistake and they will make me a new order, I feel bad for the guy who got my order, especially if he is door dash, they won't be getting what they ordered. I understand accidents happen but there's more issues. Why are they not asking the names of the online orders? Why are staff eating food while preparing our food and nobody is wearing gloves which doesn't help. Why are they scooping ice with the cup and the hands are touching the ice instead of using the ice scooper that's just laying there next to the ice box? The staff was very friendly and apologetic for the mix up and the very long wait but the way they are preparing food seems bad. I feel like if they are hungry they should go on break and go eat in the dining area, not at the counter preparing other peoples food. I couldn't eat my food because I felt disgusted. I thought things would improve since they did the renovations but it's the same old Wendy's it's always been, nothing has changed. Feel free to give those security cameras a check for proof of what's going on. The staff could use better training."
"Don't order chicken nuggets. It is not real chicken. Mostly flour and some kind fake meat substitute. Mobile app doesn't work. So I ordered in person and was charged for full."
