McDonald's

"An almost recently upgraded store, but nothing special about it. The service is ok. Sandwiches? If you go there around noon, for some popular items ( like Big Mac), you receive your order fast, but it is usually a bit cold since those burgers have been pre-prepared earlier in the morning time."

"....so apparently McDonalds doesn't do requests anymore. Now, without context, that statement doesn't matter. So here's context: I asked for a McChicken and a McDouble. Then I asked for those two sandwiches to be combined into 1 sandwich, with 1 bun. It's not hard. It's not complicated. And it's much easier to do with a counter than it would be for me to do it on my lap. A lot easier to clean, too, if there are any mistakes. The manager said no. I want this review to remain, so I will refrain from expletives. Look, it's not been all that long since I have worked in (and I do respect the dignity of the folks who still do work in) the food service industry. I'm not trying to make anybody's day harder. But if it's not too much out of your way - can you please make mine a little easier? Whenever I get this response, you don't get my business. I know I'm not alone in that. God knows your food isn't that great. It's cheap, with a little sugar thrown in. You need customer service. ...and this isn't the only McDonalds doing this."

"I used to frequent this McDonald's years ago, it was a multi-story building with parking galore. Now it has been replaced with this horrible set up. Unless you are pulled to the spaces marked to wait for your drive in order to be brought out or in the marked spaces for orders from they're app or you are handicapped. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't go in, couldn't find a parking spot. There just aren't any. I'll never be back."

"We have gone to the prior version of this restaurant for many years. It has been completely rebuilt from the ground up and modernized. Our first visit here this morning was fine. The only criticism is that there is very limited parking in front of the restaurant. It is much better to find a place behind the restaurant where the shopping center parking is located. (Watch out for the drive-through line traffic.)"
