"Sad to share the truth. I have been coming here since I was in high school. At first service was great. BUT The last 2 years I’ve noticed a MAJOR decline in the quality. The new young ladies in there are extremely rough and have no care for African American hair. Using thin combs to detangle, coming from root to tip (major no no for detangling curly ethnic hair), and not to mention a bad attitude. If you are late, they will take it out on your hair, PURPOSELY combing rough and styling sloppy and quickly with a ton of wax or gel, even if you have an excuse and tip. I started being mistreated there, it felt if there was a passive aggressive attempt to damage my hair on purpose, so I took my services elsewhere. Not to mention they will talk about you in another language, assuming you don’t understand( but I understood loud and clear “sister.”)"

"I went for medium knotless braids yesterday. This was my first time there. They were very nice, & pretty fast (about 5 hours & I have a lot of hair). I booked here to have my hair done last minute before my baby shower & maternity leave. They are very neat & aren’t outrageously tight. I would definitely like to come here again."
