"The first two visits were average. My 3rd time there Julie cut my ear. As she washed my hair and chatted with a fellow stylist simultaneously, her hands rubbed against the cut because she was, again, paying NO ATTENTION to what she was doing! Aside from the cut, she didn’t remember what she did the last two times so she just buzzed the sides of my head with a blade. My beautiful hair is botched and will more than likely take 2+ years to grow back at a desirable length. Lastly, she made a comment that I “smelled like marajuana” which I thought was extremely unprofessional. If you want a relaxing, trustworthy experience, don’t go here…."
