"Years ago we went to Mandarin House all the time. The food was excellent as was the service. They treated us like family. Then it was sold and it was not very good at all. We decided to try it again. We were so happy the food quality was great and our server even remembered us. We had triple kung po, general tso chicken and shrimp moo shi ( that they made special for me). The food was flavorful and spicy just how we wanted it. Thank goodness our favorite Chinese place is back to being delicious. Very reasonable prices and the restaurant was very clean. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"I am not sure what they are putting in the food. I usually eat an organic diet, but go here as a cheat meal. Not anymore. My daughter and I both woke up the next day after eating a meal here and were extremely dizzy, confused and imbalanced for a while. We are thinking of going to the doctor and getting the food tested, so I will not eat the rest of it that was left over. I noticed something slimy in the food but thought it was a shrimp that was overcooked. Going forward, if I want to have a cheat meal, I will fix it myself. I will never purchase a cheat meal to eat again. I am done. People, it is simply best to just prepare your own food so that you know what is in it."

"We moved away from this area over two years ago, and not being near this restaurant is one of our few regrets. We enjoyed countless meals here for 36 years. So when we had to attend an event near Towson, we stopped here for lunch. Still fantastic food and our favorite waiter Carlos was still there. He said he has been there for 31 years. That alone speaks volumes. My wife had Morongo delight, and I had hot crispy beef, which is best when dining in. Great as usual. I've referred dozens of friends and co-workers to the Mandarin house over the past 3 decades and all agreed it's some of the best Chinese food they have ever had."
