"Every time that I come over here when I try to order the 20 pieces of chicken, there is never chicken breast. I have been many many many times trying to give many different chances to this place because when I was a kid I had Pollo camper in El Salvador we have a starting to hate now because one of my favorite parts of the chicken is the breast. I highly suggest if you’re not gonna have it available just take it out of the menu don’t offer it making people upset."

"I placed my order , I was told they don’t have any dinner rolls, ( that is not the first time also),I told the cashier could I get a small soda and he said NO, I told him that is a bad answer for customers service for the inconvenience more when I’m a regular customer, after I received my order I was told they don’t have a BREAST, they brought me a thigh instead and small legs , nothing never order. I don’t Happy with my order and ruined my dinner time David ( name of the cashier was very rude ) they know the issues but even the girl ( MOD ), look like manager on duty when in the back area and never came to apologize . Cleaning person around swipe in front of customers, tables dirty, look like the rushing for close the store but is unacceptable, you can check cameras, love love your food but today was a really really bad day experience, hope you can talk to your employees and management about Customer Service, thank you and waiting for respond Attach my receipt"

"I'm not sure it's because the restaurant is about to close in 1hr. But my order is messed up! I ordered 4 pieces grilled chicken meal and 9 pieces of chicken nuggets, but it came up with 1 box with 3 pieces of fried chicken and another box with 4 pieces of fried chicken! Seem like they don't care what I ordered. They're just gonna throw whatever they want in those boxes before they are about to close :("

"So I stop pass Campero this evening for some chicken to lace over my salad from Shoppers Food grocery store. This is my 3-5 visit to this location and I don’t recommend you visit this location if your traveling home from work. I ordered a (3 piece white/rice/chicken empanada). The empanada was not in the bag when I arrived home (the other side of Laurel). I am tempted to drive back over there but it’s been a long day at work so NO! I didn’t save my receipt so I’ll probably have hassle from the manager when I revisit tomorrow evening for some semblance of “complete service”. This is the second time my order was not complete and I’m DONE with these folks. I KNOW “it’s fast food” but—-SO WHAT!"

"Customer Service is great. Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is very fresh. Seasoning is a little lacking for our taste but none the less the food is pretty good. The chicken was well made but lacked enough seasoning. Coleslaw and plantains were amazing."
