"My neice went there. She was pregnant for some braids...the stylist had to leave...pick up her child..get them something to eat. My neice got there at noon.. She didnt leave until 1am! I called the owner the next day who is very shady... I explained the situation. He pretty much said too bad.....never again"

"I had a hand crafted natural wig tailored just for me by Dietrich. He completed it Wednesday, in which he fitted to my head and finalized the cut. I went on Wednesday which was Wine Down Wednesday (wine and refreshments) and was served a glass of ice tea since I don't drink."

"I went and got my hair done on the 12/9/16, unfortunately I didn't look at my hair good after it was finished. When I woke up the next morning I noticed that it wasn't neat at all. My husband looked at it and said that they didn't do a good job, is that what you paid for. The braids looked like I had them in for a couple of days already. When I came to work on Monday another girl had her hair done the same way and it was nice and neat. My co-worker asked who did my hair and I told her I went to the shop and got it done. She said you paid for that. I was already not satisfied from what I saw. So I called the shop that afternoon and stated that I was not satisfied with my hair. The young lady that answered the phone said that she would let the manager know and have him call me. So I waited until Wednesday and called back when I didn't receive a call. The woman who answered said that she would rely my message. Still no call I called again on Thursday and got the same response that the manager was not there and they would tell him to call me, but still nothing. For a manager he is never in his shop and he doesn't return calls when his customer is unhappy with service. They gave me the run around . I was thinking about giving them a second chance but after not getting any resolution to my problem I will never go there again."
