"The place was clean and modernized. However, our food experience was quite lackluster. I ordered mac and cheese as a side and the cup was almost entirely cheese (only a few macaroni noodles). My partner ordered spicy chicken tenders and said the chicken was so thin and there was no spice at all. They also forgot his sauce despite him asking for it. Fortunately, our food was cooked, but we probably won’t be returning to this Popeyes location."

"Updating my review. Looks like they have hired new people. Usually, popeyes is pretty generous when it comes to chicken tenders. Based on the size, they arrange the no. Of tenders. These days, their stripes size is small, and some of them are of medium size. Kind or lost interest to go these days. Most of them are small and tiny pieces of chicken. Feel like not worth for the money we pay."

"HORRIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE on several occasions but this tops it all! We ordered a 12 piece FAMILY MEAL. When we opened the box, we saw there were 10 wings and 2 breasts (photo attached.) Charging $42 for wings is ridiculous. Overall quality and service has greatly fallen and we will not be returning customers."

"I used to like this Popeyes location a lot, but the quality has fallen precipitously. Today, I ordered a 10-piece meal, and I got 7 wings and 3 breasts, all of which were far from fresh. (See photo.) I'd never seen anything like this before, and it's the first time I've ever drove back to return food. I didn’t get an apology nor any attempt to make things better besides replacing the order. Food wasn't fresh the last two times I ordered from here either, and I chalked it up to everybody having bad days once in a while. But this franchise has reached the point of not caring but also being disrespectful to its customers."

"Ordered 4 piece. I got home only to find it is chicken tenders and also no spicy as I asked. While there I asked her again spicy right? And with a slight tone of attitude she said yes. I left it go. On top of that the food was very cold and the biscuit felt like a day old and warmed u when I got home just 15 mins later. When I was there they were chatting and not attentive to the customers. Sure they are young but that is no excuse. bad experience overall."
