"Not sure why there are low reviews. This Shake Shack is pretty consistent with other locations I have visited; clean, good food, and good service. I do like the self-order kiosks; makes orders a lot more streamlined and the line goes much faster."

"This location of Shake Shack is pretty good. Place is clean and friendly staff . My daughter's all about the shroom burger, while I usually opt for the veggie burger. What's neat is they offer a lettuce wrap option, which I tried recently and was pleasantly surprised. Now, onto the fries. They're pretty good when hot, but like many fast-food places, they lose their charm once they cool down. It's a reliable choice for a satisfying meal with a bit of customization."

"It was my first time at a Shake Shack. We were looking forward to trying the 'Shroom Burger and Shack Stack. However, when we ordered at the kiosk, we found out that due to unforeseen equipment issues, they will not be serving Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Bites, or Shroom Burgers. We ended up getting a Shack Burger (Double Patty), Veggie Shack, Crinkle Cut Fries, and Kiwi Apple Limeade (Large). My fiancé let me try his Shack Burger, and I regret not ordering that one. The Veggie Shack wasn't your typical veggie patty. We enjoy the Crinkle Cut Fries with ketchup. The Kiwi Apple Limeade was sweet, fruity, and refreshing."

"Clean, well, lit location. Staffed by friendly efficient team. Parking can be a little tight. And it helps to know the app. Upon entering you are steered to the ordering tablets. If you take too long someone will come out from behind the counter to help you. (Probably so you can do it yourself on a return trip.) If you want to pay cash you order at the counter. Ordered a double burger and fries. Family got mostly the same. Burger was OK. I wouldn't come back for another. Smash burgers maybe are not my style The fries are awful. The exact ones you get at the freezer section of the grocery. They do have fresh Old Bay to try to give the fries some flavor. (Helps... but also wouldn't come back for them.) The soda machine is behind the counter so and they have "quirky drinks." There were a few wines and one beer listed as an option. Also... not anything I would come back for. Overall. It's a nice location. But I would walk another 2 blocks to Five Guys. (Pricing was pretty "up there" too for the quality of food.)"
