"You can write a review on this branch daily no one cares higher up , the drive thru has been closed for months , then last week went to the bank it was closed during business hours who knows why . I even spoke to someone who genuinely cared but obviously the big shots above her don’t care about Us, the area we live it they treat this bank like it’s in a third world country . Close it down for good if U can’t run it correctly . We travel to Va to the King st Wells Fargo The manager helps if the teller needs it , she welcomes You , the tellers are lovely , now Mr. President tell me why the Alexandria branches are cared for , open and great customer service because the majority of folks are Caucasian and it’s obvious that’s not the clientele at You have in Oxon Hill so Your so called big managers don’t care . It’s totally unacceptable how the Oxon Hill Branch is operated , look at your reviews all As U can see if written before it does no good they don’t care about this beach . It’s still closed and I received a call they said they were training people what a joke it’s still closed a month later . Stop lying Wells Fargo and do something about branch . You big executives come and work since you have no help really disgusting way to conduct business . Have your executive office call and just make up stories why your not open"

"I was trying to cash a gift check from my uncle who banks with Wells Fargo. They are not doing walk-in teller service at this time and only by appointment. However the signs on the door doesn't mention if non-customers can use the drive up teller. I called while in the long line to be told they only have one teller working after the holiday. Due to poor management they are understaffed at the Oxon Hill branch which is not fair to anyone. Inexcusable to say they just don't have anyone else to work. Please spare the excuses, take time to hire the right candidates that are trainable and equip them for success. You waste our time and company time hiring these people who do not want to work. Thanks to S. Alabama SE branch for assistance turning my inconvenience into a positive today!!"

"This Well Fargo location is the absolute worse… customer’s can’t go inside the branch to handle business… the drive-thur is ALWAYS busy… the ATM’s rarely work. They’re using the pandemic as an excuse for poor customer service. I’m glad I didn’t close my Navy Federal account!"
