"They left off my plantains from my DoorDash order then canceled my reorder. I called the restaurant to inquire as to why. They hung up on me because nobody there spoke English. It was rude and unacceptable! When I delivered food in college I'd have to go back to the store and pick up items or recook them if necessary. Horrible customer service by both DoorDash and the restaurant. DoorDash always puts this stuff on the restaurant and does nothing to fix it! But even worse the restaurant has nobody address my issue so they hung up on me!"
