"When I tell you these people drag their feet I mean that literally and figuratively. No one in the place has any sense of urgency or personalities. You walk up to no one at the take out counter. Several employees will walk past you and when someone finally decides to help you they will quite literally be dragging their feet to come to you. Seems like no one actually wants to do their job or cares to be there. If corporate were to check in on this place every now and then they’d be greatly disappointed. Also what happened to serving actual carrot sticks instead of the sad ashy baby carrots they throw in the bag now. This location has gone down hill significantly"

"Food was good, but service was next level terrible. The waitress wasn’t any help, she didn’t even check on us and would take 10-15 mins to do anything. We didn’t get any drink refills so we had to just get it ourselves from the fountain drink machine. That’s how bad it was. If you want decent basic levels of service this isn’t the place for you."

"I was there with a friend for lunch. I pass there everyday and I saw the renovation with a sign "come to see the new look" We ordered chicken wings (15) and when they brought to the table they were cold. Then we ordered two cheese burgers and they were the worst burgers we ever had. Service, the worst ever. The waiter/bartender thought that he was giving us a favor to serve us. For that reason he got 0 tips. We were the only two people in the restaurant at the time and no reason to get service like that. I suggest not even to try to go there because you will be the next being treated like that. I spend $65 for lowsy food and service. Joe Torres"

"I don't go here often because I have never been a fan. It was always average. I've been in Frederick for a few years and found some wing places up there that are great, but I now live across the street from this location so I figured I'd try it again. The service was above average. The bartender was great, but the food took way too long for just an order of wings. The sauces were ok, but the wings were tiny compared to what I've come accustomed to elsewhere in the Frederick area by the mall and around the corner at a small pool hall where they are much bigger and have more flavor. I will probably not go here again until I have forgotten that I wasn't impressed with the food."
