"Where do i begin. So i had to calm down a bit to make this review for today's dinner. Over the past few months the customer service and quality control has diminished at a rapid pace. From timing to complete online order, Customer service in person, To issues with food after pick up. 1 instance. While attempting to retreive my families order. One employee gave an additude to a coworker who was asking about my order. To then giving me a death stare. Heres the thing. I NEVER ASKED HER TO WORK THERE. 2nd everytime i end up ordering from this location. The bowls are under portioned. I feel bad for the cooks because they follow recipe's and the food is good. But the people behind the counter do have issues tending with customer. Not all employees but a select few. Today. I had ordered my families dinner from this location accidently. On one bowl i asked for extra lettuce extra tomato and extra corn. Literally got a table spoon of tomato and tablespoon of corn. The lettuce? I got 1 sliced up leaf...... - The other bowl was supposed to only have Chicken rice beans lettuce and cheese. It had an addition of tomato corn sour cream. Soooooo what if my kid is allergic. Hmm Your employees are not readingthe orders chiptole... So today was the last straw. Im never returning to this location. GO TO KENTLANDS LOCATION THEIR EMPLOYEES DESERVE THE BUSINESS."

"They hired some new people and the people were very rude!! I usually go to this place all the time but I asked for extra chicken in my bowl and she only gave me one more piece. I asked her for a little more and she got an attitude like the chicken came out of her check then she preceded to talk about me to one of her coworkers. Thank God I understood Spanish. I don’t know what her name was but she was so rude!! do not eat here!!"

"WORST CHIPOTLE EVER… besides the fact that they have terrible customer service the chips are not cooked all the way. They’re very stale and very salty and the guac is flavorless. And besides the fact that there are roaches there and the trash bins seem to be never taken out. And they treat you as if you don’t have money in your wallet to pay for your food. Truly unacceptable and will never be returning back to this."

"I typically do not leave reviews, because it’s not worth my time…but after reading some of the other reviews about this particular Chipotle, I decided to share my experience. Hang in there, this is going to be a long one. We got in to town on Saturday and decided to go to Chipotle for a quick dinner. It was getting late, about an hour or so before closing. Upon walking in, we noticed there was not a single clean table inside or outside. “Ok, I’ve worked fast food, maybe they’re understaffed” was my first thought. While ordering I took notice that there was at least 6 people working and most of them standing around…red flag #1. The staff members responsible for making the orders were not particularly friendly and did not communicate that they were out of several things. My boyfriend ordered a salad and wasn’t told until after they made it that they were out of salad dressing (he would’ve ordered something different if he had been told). No offer to exchange the meal or anything…fine, no big deal. No restocks on silverware or drink lids - they were kinda just sitting everywhere on the station (you couldn’t tell if they were clean or used, half of them were wet..) We decided to just eat at the hotel and call it a night because at this point it’s getting late and we’re over it. Once we get back to the hotel and begin eating, I see my boyfriend jump. I asked him what was wrong and he said that there was a bug in his food….sure enough, there was. We both stopped eating immediately. Nearly $40 in food, I would expect higher standards of cleanliness. Obviously this establishment has poor management. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this location."

"This is beyond disgusting. I'm pregnant and can't believe I was about to eat this. This is horrible and made me beyond nauseous. Make your workers wrap their hair up. This is so unacceptable. I don't even know why I would ever come eat here, this is the most unhygienic place ever. This is equivalent to licking a toilet seat."
