"Best Pho in downtown Bethesda! Love this spot for a longer lunch or dinner in the colder months. I have only gotten the Pho-Viet there, but their menu has many other options if you are looking for other Vietnamese dishes. Portions are massive! Every time I go for lunch, I feel like I need to roll myself out, a good problem to have. Generous servings of meat and plenty of noodles. A little bit expensive for Pho... but you are also in downtown Bethesda, so par-for-the-course. Seem to always be slightly understaffed during lunch so I would not say that it is a "quick" lunch spot. But if you have time and really want Pho, this is your place. Their iced coffee was also really good, and I would definitely order again. There are only a few other Pho spots that I'd rather go to and both are in VA, so if you're on the MD side of the river... definitely a spot I would go out-of-my way to eat at. The restaurant is always very clean and spread out so it's a really nice quiet spot to relax and enjoy a warming meal. Would not drive here on the weekend for the Pho, but if the Memorial bridge is slammed and I need to kill an hour, this is one my go-to's! Keep up the awesome work Pho Viet USA!"

"Nice ambiance with international music selection accompanying your dinner/lunch. The food was amazing.Exceptional service and kind personnel. Absolutely loved this place and their food and cocktail selections with Vietnamese twists. Folks keep coming even though it was not prime hours anymore. Will be back soon"

"Bethesda must have done something right to get blessed with such a great restaurant, I had the lemongrass chicken vermicelli and green tea, cold. My dining companion had house special pho. She was late, no mind, both our orders came within 10, fresh and amazing to taste."

"The food is decent and not the best pho place. Shrimp summer roll and bao bun are ok. The vermicelli doesn’t taste that good and it’s best seller according to the menu. Also little too spicy for my taste. Pho noodle soup is not bad but not enough noodles in such big bowl."
