"Went on a lunch dinner date with my husband for the first time. Always wanted to try it since opening. The service was kind of weird... not terrible, but not good either. The waitress didn't really introduce herself and then kind of disappeared in the back. Food... I ordered the mole enchilada with chicken and wow the mole was crazy bad. It was extremely bitter like burnt sauce, burnt spices, and with way too much cinnamon and no salt. The rice and beans were good. My husband's salmon was also decent. The outdoor seating was nice and cute."
"Very small indoor dining area, but if you're ok with eating outside then there is plenty of space, and music and outside bar. Customer service is decent and varying. Two of the people were very friendly, and the rest not so much. As for food, it's great. I prefer the Al Pastor and Birria tacos. My wife gets the Sope's. Either way you can't go wrong. For drinks I get the Mascal Mule, but they have plenty of cocktails."
"I had SUCH a nice time here! We got a spot on the patio outside and the weather was absolutely perfect. I love how much patio seating they have, and the lights and lanterns they had hung up were so fun and bright. Service was good, everyone was attentive and our water stayed filled. I got a strawberry margarita, which was very tasty and not too strong. The chips were thin and crispy, and the salsa wasn't spicy at all and had a good flavor. I ordered 3 tacos, I tried the Nopal cactus taco, the Al Pastor taco, and the Alambre. I think the Alambre was my favorite. The cactus was good, it tasted a bit like a fried green pepper or zucchini, but was a little slimy. Still, I would get it again and I'm glad I branched out and tried something new. I would recommend it if you wanted to be adventurous but not TOO adventurous. They came with a green sauce that was creamy and spicy, and an orange sauce that was thinner and less spicy but still with a little kick. Both sauces were really good. I got the churros for dessert and I feel bad saying they were my least favorite part of the meal! They came out HOT and fresh and rolled in cinnamon sugar, but I think they really needed a pinch of salt to take them to the next level. I liked both the chocolate and caramel sauces with them. I also tried a bite of the Flan and I definitely regretted not getting that instead, it was SO rich and creamy and cinnamon-y. I DEFINITELY want to go back and try more tacos, more margaritas, and more desserts. I wish I lived closer, I could see myself eating here all the time."
"Food was amazing. Drink was the bomb!!! I had a spicy strawberry margarita and it was spicy, sweet, strong, and succulent!!!!! The three tacos i had were delicious as well. Finally, their chips and salsa are hot and delicious. I'll be returning soon!"
