"Wish I could do a zero. I never give bad reviews to businesses because I understand stuff happens. This isn't something just happening. Being directed to have "hard part" with only scissors on top isn't anywhere close. To make matters worse, you have another employee stating that "it doesn't look that bad, no one will notice". Lying to a customer doesn't make the situation better. This is beyond frustrating. Let's add this to a kid in 3rd grade and see what other kids say. Bravo."
