"Horrible service. People not friendly I’m agree with all the bad reviews about this location.not even enough people to attend.I was here this morning to open an account for my daughter and they just told us to do it online because they were too busy . Not even good morning not even offered help nothing personal needs costumer service training. Totally unsatisfactory experience, I’m actually a Bank of America member for 20 years . All I want was an account for my teenager daughter."

"Terrible service. If you have one hour or more to spare go there for any baking needs. Worst banking branch ever. I’ll convince my wife to move all our accounts to Wells Fargo. They are 100% better."

"The organization and management is awful. I have had words with the bank manager simply for asking a question regarding international bank transfers and an associate verbally assaulted. I have to go to the bank on few occasions but when I do go, I am treated like a criminal. FYI, have been a BOA client for over 20 years. BOA upper management should consider changing the management in this branch."

"Unprofessional stuff. I got appointments with them for opening a new bank account but they never told me which kind of documents they need. Because of my engagement party, I canceled my appointment next day I called customer service to book another appointment and he said you can come right now again he didn't mention to me which kind of documents they need. When I arrived the first thing they are asking was for documents. If the document is very important and this is the first question why they never mentioned it to the customers since the customer mentioned this is my first time to open bank account?"

"If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The Manager or Spanish speaking manager that was there today at 3:50pm on 12/16 is garbage. Her customer service is terrible. I went in to cash a check. I have an account. My check was made out to Bank of America. I am moving into a new place and needed to get a cashiers check when she refused to service me because I had a hyphenated maiden name on my check. Mind you it’s hyphenated and the rest of my full name is clear as day and she said it’s bank policy to not cash it. I have never in my life experienced such negligence. Please find a manger that’s good with customers and customer service."
