"Actually, just really annoyed, got off work and drove an hour home. Finally get home and realize my whole order is messed up. The sandwich is regular when I ordered spicy and the sauces are just completely wrong. Honestly, more than anything I was annoyed about the sauces, as this is the most important part of Chickfila. The kids at the window were talking The entire time didn’t even acknowledge my existence. I really don’t care whether they talk to me or not, but don’t mess up my order. Safe to say, I’ll go to another Chickfila sometime."

"Picked up a catering order here. Manager and staff were prompt and polite. Location was spotless and food was fresh. Parking lot a lil congested around lunch time. Don’t forget to use the app to earn dining points"

"Customer Service is usually great, and the guy who took my order was really nice. However…. my napkins, sauce, and receipt were all stuffed on top of my fries, and my fries were half full due to it. Why would anyone want that?"

"Here is what my $11 meal was for me today 3/12/23: bread was falling to pieces the entire time I was eating it. Talked to staff manager, I did retain his name, he had two new sandwiches made since first sandwiches were cold. Now, if this sandwich was freshly made, why was the bread falling apart? bacon was sticking to cheese, and the chicken was sticking to the bread and breaking apart. I will not come back to this location. This sandwich was warmer, and bread was literally sticking to my fingers. Customer Service was not friendly at all ... until one lady behind the counter greeted us like we were worth the money and brought us new food that got cold waiting on the sandwiches."
