"If I could give these people 0 stars I would. They treated me like I was a second class citizen, most likely in part due to the stigma with the medication I was being treated with. It took TWELVE PHONE CALLS TO GET IT RIGHT, of having to literally tell them what needed to be done in order to accomplish the task. My medication was kicked out and cancelled twice due to " system issues" or them supposedly not getting an answer at my Dr. Office which they used the wrong prompt to get a confirmation and it took me again directing them to actually take control of the situation and think to themselves maybe I could be a decent person and try again. Nope just treat them like a number and next!"
"If it weren't for my insurance preferences I would never want to deal with this terrible service. I cannot remember the last time it was easy to simply get the meds prescribed to me. And do not even ask about the endless texts and calls you have to jump Hoops ro opt out of. Yikes. Terrible service."
"As someone who works in customer service, I would NEVER talk to another human being the way I was spoken to today. First of all, they sent my medication without ever verifying with me so I had no idea it was coming until UPS texted me. Secondly, I called to make sure that my card was billed for my copay and was told "It's $5. We're not going to come after you for $5." I get a text every time my card is ran. I KNOW that it wasn't. I actually care about my credit. This place is the most unprofessional pharmacy I've ever encountered. I Googled the phone number to make sure that I wasn't being scammed, that's how shady it is."
