"I've always had a great experience when I come into the store to pick up a prescription. It's always been the same guy helping me and he's always very quick and nice. Over the phone has been a slightly different experience, and just a comment for Walgreens Pharmacy users in general. I recently asked to have my prescription mailed to me instead of me picking it up. I received no confirmation over text, so I called to make sure it was okay. The first lady was very nice and very helpful, but the second time the new lady did not help me at all and said to call back tomorrow (which would have been too late because my package was being delivery today). I was calling to ask if I could get a Fedex tracking number, because I've had three packages get stolen recently. Luckily, I had also posted to Reddit asking what I could do, and someone recommended I sign up for Fedex notifications and see when my deliveries were coming. I signed up for Fedex, and now I know my package from Walgreens is coming today. If I hadn't figured that out with the help of Reddit though, $600+ of prescriptions could have been stolen. I don't blame the Pharmacy staff at all, but just wanted to post this as a solution for anyone else having the same issues."

"Poor customer service, came in to ask a simple question and you was treated very rudely by the person at the pharmacy. Definitely don't go here it you don't want to be yelled at for asking questions about your medication."
