"Karma is the best salon in Harford County I have very long and thick hair and had always had trouble finding a salon that could one get all the hair color in and out of my hair but also have the patience to color my hair. I have been going to Karma for years now and no matter how far I move away I will always come back every 5/6 weeks to have them do my hair. I love all of them and their professionalism and ability to do exactly what I would like. It is a busy salon. High demand because of how amazing they are, but it’s worth the wait. We all would like immediate action, but I am telling you it is worth the wait to have the quality of work from this salon. When I see reviews about how people could not get in immediately. I suggest just to plan ahead and wait. Calling 13 times before you get through might suck, but I would take that as a good thing. That means they are busy and people want to go there… not a bad thing at all. I would suggest being more patient… When I see reviews about wanting a 30 min Manicures… I think of chain walk in nail salons that do not take their time to ensure your receiving a service worth your money… And if anyone that possibly wrote a review about having a 100 gift card… I’ll take it if you won’t use it."
