"Oh my goodness the service was awful. It was Mexican servers. All of them were just throwing the food in the bowl very little everything . No smile on their face just acting mean and nasty for no reason it was giving they were being races and mean , really bad experience. I can’t believe I was letting my children come here for over a year. Without my supervision never again"
"Went to this location for my lunch break. I immediately saw a sign on the door that said, "Have Exact Change or Debit/Credit". Cool. Since I am using my card, this is no issue to me. Went to the front ready to order a bowl and the workers there told me they only take cash. I asked them why the sign says they take card. The workers barely speak any English. The moment I told others behind me that they only take exact change, I was told to leave. I will never return to this location against. Went to Quickway Hibachi, which is in the same shopping center, instead."
"Chipotle, I need you to be better. It’s obvious that every single store in the area is understaffed and underpaid. Not just this one. The staff works so hard but what can they do when they’re hit with a million mobile orders, aggressively rude customers, and under staffed/under stocked items. This location quite literally closed the line at 2:30! All while hiring someone on board willing to work same day. So much chaos. I finally get my mobile order 15 min late and they couldn’t even give me half of it because there was no food left. And how do I get a refund? Well the stupid chat on the app is extremely involved and complicated so I’m just taking this loss."
"Let's put it as honest as we can. This Chipotle is as good as the Walmart across the road. It's trash. If it says they close at 10 they closed and locked the doors by 9:30 and they will run out of most food by 9pm. If you ordered online late you won't get your food because the doors are lock. The inside is absolutely disgusting. They don't clean the floors through out the day they will walk on top trash in the kitchen. The food is cold, and taste old."
"The food is not an idsue. It's quite good. It's just this particular location is tragically not that clean. It's bugs flying around the inside at all times. The tables are always filled with crumbs. The bathroom makes you want to hold it in. And, to top it off, the employees always look drained. They need some help at this location!"
