Taco Bamba

"My party of 15 arrived today promptly at 12 PM. We are aware that taco Bamba is an order here, pick up here business, so we weren’t sure how we were going to pull off the small birthday party we had coordinated. Upon our arrival, our bartender, Steven, immediately helped us arrange the tables and get enough chairs for everyone! He was kind enough to take our order and bring our food/drinks to the table as we ordered them! We were there for about two hours, and the service was great! We ordered a variety of tacos, drinks, and appetizers, it was all delicious and served quickly! We have visited the other taco Bamba in the area, we love the company. This was our first time at this location & we will absolutely be back again soon!!!! Thank you for an amazing birthday!!"

"The food here is good. The volume of the music makes it hard to think, let alone hear other people. The two times that I have visited have been in the early evenings, and it's been pretty busy, which results in a wait of 15+ mins for the food to be ready. Both visits have been taken out, and the food travels well. The staff offers zero customer service other than taking your order and calling out your number when it's ready. One might read this and ask what else they should do.. Let's start with a greeting when you walk in! Then they offer no suggestions in regards to the menu. On my most recent visit, I was looking for veggie tacos for a friend, and I had to figure it out on my own. The sauces are to the left of the drink machine, so without them telling you (as it has been my experience), you might not see them. Napkins are spread throughout the restaurant and not placed in the carryout bag, another thing worth noting. Overall, there are great opportunity to improve on the customer service side."

"We certainly enjoyed this location over the one in Vienna but being a new restaurant, there are a lot of bugs to work out. The kitchen seemed chaotic and disorganized and the dining room is poorly laid out. The food was great. I got the carne asada tacos but exchanged them for the lengua because the carne asada did not taste very good. The lengua was great! The chorizo tortas were extremely spicy so if spice isn't your thing, skip the chorizo. The salsa at the salsa bar was pretty good. I enjoyed the variety and the flavors. The problem is that the line forms for the internet and to-go orders right in front of the beverage and salsa bar and it gets very congested. It's difficult to get salsa and drinks when 15 people who are staring at their cell phones are just standing in the way. In addition, there is one salsa bar and allows one person at a time to get salsa. You will be standing there quite awhile as the person in front of you is pouring salsa into those little plastic cups - one by one - getting three of each of all the different flavors. Then more waiting as they put a little lid on each cup. All the salsa bottles were sloppy; Salsa all over the sides of the bottles, very little clean-up maintenance is done, and after pouring salsa, you will need to wash your hands. There was little thought about that. They should relocate where the to-go and internet orders are picked up. That would relieve the beverage and salsa bar from a lot of congestion. Also, add another salsa station and keep the salsa bars clean. The staff was excellent. They seemed short-handed but they were kind and attentive. We did have a nice time but next time I will probably go on a less-busy night of the week."

"The food has been ok, not bad, but not as good as other locations. The service terrible and they don’t seem to care much for customer feedback-The last time I visited they missed part of the order and had to follow up a few times + no sign of friendliness among the 3-4 staff I interacted with. I heard some cussing loudly in front of customers. The music inside is crazy loud, to the point they can’t hear you ordering! Surprised they haven’t acted on it yet with all the customer feedback. Embarrassing."

"Tonight, I found myself at Taco Bamba with a large group of colleagues. We all made our way to the Register to order, except for me, I sat at the bar. The Tacos were good - just not amazing like I remember from other locations. The others on my group thoroughly enjoyed their dinner. We sat outside and took our time. Servers brought out the food (I had since paid my tab and scooped up my food to join the table) I have to mention, the bartender, and the person who helped me was amazing. It looks like Service was very important to this entire team and for this, they receive the highest rating. Overall, this is a very fun evening and good food."
