"DO NOT USE this company. We tried to file taxes with him last year and he filed an extension and we heard NOTHING from him. We called over a dozen times and he never got back to us. We were forced to scramble and file ourselves on the last day possible but he did not return our numerous attempts to communicate about our taxes. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend using him. Even if he was unable to file, professional courtesy is to make the clients you are serving aware of that, not ignoring them all together. Mind you he was referred by another family member and also did not complete hers either."

"As of recently, we submitted our taxes in the beginning of this year, 2023 and they filed for an extension and now I’ve been calling and sending emails and leaving voicemails and have received No feedback…. They have our tax forms and we can’t do anything about it. Terrible place do not let them do your taxes or they’ll hold your forms hostage."
