"It took about 20 minutes for drinks, another 30 or so to get the attention of our waiter to order. When the food came out, it was kind of luke warm, definitely not hot. I ordered the chicken fried steak that looked delicious online, but it was severely lacking flavor. We never got refills on our drinks despite being there for literally hours. I understand it was packed and maybe they were low on staff, but the timing was absurd as was the quality of the food. It definitely wasn't worth the money and I won't be back."

"There's no way you will have a bad meal here. Everything on the menu is fantastic. Service is top notch and the place is located in an amazing spot. I went here recently with 18 of my friends and the staff handled our orders with ease. Parking can be challenging but there's plenty of parking garages in the area."

"The Hood made a visit to Ted’s and let’s just say the Hood was happy he did! The service was incredible! The place looked super busy however we were seated quickly. Our server was prompt with taking our drink orders. And even though she was waiting on others never hesitated to keep us with drinks. Yeah, The Hood was with my people. The food was delicious! The Hood had the breakfast burrito with chorizo. Awesome yum! My peoples had spinach mushroom omelette with Ham! Chicken and biscuits and make your own breakfast the other peoples had. No complaints at all very good! The atmosphere was great! So, The Hood says when you’re in the area check this place out ! The Hood says be kind to each person and adventure is out there and you need food to keep doing it!"

"The first time I tried this location we made the mistake (we thought) of arriving during prime time breakfast hours and ended up leaving after 30 minutes of not getting served by the bar table tops. Today we decided to give it another try and went later in the day to give them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately we had an equally disappointing experience. Although our server was wonderful you could tell everyone was overwhelmed. The table across from us was sending food back, our drinks took at least 20 minutes because the bar was backed up and our food ended up coming out before our drinks did. I ordered the steak and eggs and upon ordering had mentioned I didn’t like my egg yolk runny. The eggs arrived over easy and I unfortunately had to ask them to remake them as this was inedible for my personal preference and I now had egg yolk running all over my plate.. upon sending it back my steak returned completely over cooked. Pictured is my “medium” steak so it was just an unfortunate experience. The saving grace is the great location in the middle of RTC with primarily window views which sets a lovely atmosphere for breakfast. We gave it a go but was definitely a one & done experience for us."

"I visited this establishment on a Saturday night with a last-minute reservation and was seated immediately. It was my self and the 3 Littles, and we were given a half booth at a table with high chairs that the Littles chose not to sit in...LOL. Needless to say, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The steak and cheese was most excellent...they cram it full of red peppers, grilled onions, and even tomatoes and a secret sauce with very little oil or grease. It was one of the best steak and cheese sandwiches I've had outside of Philly. I grabbed a mixed drink...pineapple with a spicy-sweet rim that helped me relax after a long day of adolescent engagement. The oldest loved the fried chicken sandwich so much that she took home the 3 bites of left-overs that resembled something from the Blob while the littlest devoured all the fries and left their sliders to take home for dinner the next day. One of the signature desserts at this chain is their gourmet styled pop tart styled toaster pastries. I chose to pass on desserts, but they are encased front and center in the front lobby to entice diners from the onset of their visit. Nevertheless, I ordered the house coffee, and it was great with a splash of cream. I highly recommend this establishment for a date or for a family gathering."
