"I ordered a mobile order. Which I walked I side for. They forgot my sauce, napkins and straw. When I received my milkshake, there was no whip cream or cherry and when I asked the gentleman upfront that didn't seem like he wanted to be there, he said it's a mobile order snd we can't have open tops. You made it while I was standing right there!!! I was so mad I just walked out. I order chickfila everyday but promise I won't order from this location again."

"I never leave reviews but I felt like I had too. I was charged for a kids meal that I used my reward points on and the management and the rest of the employees were very helpful friendly and gave me a refund without any hassle. That’s rare nowadays. I just moved here from Dundalk and will continue to support this location because I’ve never had anything other than a top notch experience!"

"The food is always amazing, I’d never complain about the food. But I feel like they hire young adults who seem to act like they speak for the corporation. I have been receiving negative service but remember to stay clam; even when they walk away in the middle of my order. Or when I order inside, they seem distracted by their coworkers. It’s hard to place an order when I can’t grab anyone’s attention for longer than 30 seconds. But the food is great, and I’m happy with the food. The cooks must be praised."

"The last few times I’ve visited this location, they forgot my food items (about $20 worth). This last time was the last straw for me.They move too fast and don’t pay attention. I’ve worked in fast food before and it seems they care more about their drive-thru time. I didn’t check the bag before I pulled away, but I shouldn’t have to; on top of that, the line is always ridiculously long. The food here is NEVER hot and the fries are always soggy. I will find a different location to visit from here on out."

"Went for dinner, as you get in, you smell a stench, and I'm not sure what it is it was near the counter and near the pickup area people even tried to look at each other but was curious what was that. At the table you won't smell it which is good only at the counter."
