"The hotel was nice and all staff was very friendly. I travel for work and actually do hotel inspections, so, I have run into all kinds. Sheree was very kindl and understanding and was very helpful (Priceline once again screwed up everything) to me. She went above and beyond to help me even when it wasn't her job! Sheree is truly a blessing for that hotel!!!! I truly appreciate her and wish she could teach others to learn how to be professional, friendly, and most of all, understanding!"

"Many issues. Hot Tub - We called ahead because many hotels now have broken hot tubs. We were assured all was good. When we arrived the hot tub was out of order. Room - the bathroom floor was sticky after my wife wiped it the towel was nasty. Room - the refrigerator was broken and it took several hours to replace it. We asked to be moved but that was not an option Customer Service - we complained about these things and the front desk person said sorry can’t do anything. And seemed not to care about our problems. I would never stayed here again"

"1st time staying at this hotel. Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Overall a good stay except for two small things. Left side elevator needs servicing as was scary to be inside as it groaned and shook while in use and our room entry door handle needed replacement as it was broken. However still a positive stay. Will be back next year."

"There was 3 or 4 floor tiles that were loose. When I adjusted the shower head, it started spraying the wall. Other than that the room was great. When I told the front desk on check-out she seemed very sincere and wrote it down."
