"Spoke with Tim Sines about a Bulk Sales Application with a hard deadline about 3 to 4 weeks out and Mr. Sines explained that it was very easy application. He suggested that I could even find the application online and That I could just do the application myself because it was so easy to fill out. I then expressed my desire to have a professional do it for me because it was very important for me to have everything done properly. He gave me a reasonable price over the phone which I agreed to, so I emailed him the documents needed to file the application. I didn’t hear back from Mr Sines for weeks so I began leaving him phone messages. Eventually his wife finally called me back. She was very nice and said that she would forward the message to him. I still didn’t hear back from him so I emailed him again and he eventually emailed me back and said he had it scheduled for the next day. Almost a week later and still no application. My question is, Why agree to do a service if you don’t have the time or if your not interested because it’s not that much money ($350). If it’s as easy as he said then why not just get the service done quickly and move on to the next job. I think this is extremely unprofessional. This is not at all what I expected because my initial impression was that Mr Sines was very nice and very informative but now I have to find another CPA. So therefore I can not recommend Mr Sines services."
