"I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying Taco Bell's fries, and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the portion size. It was nothing short of laughable.When I received my order, I couldn't believe my eyes. The amount of fries I received could barely be considered a snack, let alone a side dish. It was as if they were trying to ration out each fry individually, leaving me feeling cheated and unsatisfied."

"Shockingly incompetent, rude, and unprofessional! They messed up my food and then had the audacity to get angry about it like they were mad at themselves. The girl at the window was on the phone the entire time and actually screamed at me to hold on so she could finish her conversation and then threw my bank card in a puddle of water. I am totally stunned that no matter how many times the faces change, the service only gets steadily worse each and every time. NO RESPECT!"

"I ordered a steak quesadilla meal with a soft taco supreme and a blue and red slushy drink. My soft taco supreme did not have any tomatoes. It wasn’t even in a soft tack wrapper. It was messy inside of a hard taco wrapper. I received a blue raspberry slushy drink. I asked for hot sauce and Diablo sauce and I got mild, hot, and fire sauce. I hate it here. I need to just let my HUSBAND make me tacos at home. The service and food is disappointing."

"Been going to this Taco Bell for over 10 yrs.. Never really had any problem with the food here. The only, and perhaps the main issue with this location is, at times, the wait can be too long depending on the time of day. Late evening can be the busiest. They also seem to, too often run out of menu items. Seems like it could be partially due to a lack of staffing at times. This location also seems to go through frequent changes in management and/or ownership, which may contribute to the inconsistency. There are times when they seem to be running very efficiently, then other times not so much. Kind of hit or miss regarding wait times and availability of items. But never any issue with the food quality. Convenient location right off of Pulaski Hwy (Route 40). There’s also an entrance off of E Fayette Street."
