"DO NOT EAT HERE!! I came in last night at 9:38pm and ordered food to go. I got home bit into my cheeseburger and found a hard piece of plastic inside. I called immediately and was told that there was no way but that I could come in the next day (today) and speak to a manager. I hung up and realized I didn't get the guy's name so I called back and asked for his name and he would not give it to me. I found this a bit strange but figured I would deal with it later. I went back in today around 2:40pm to speak to the manager and I told her what happend as well as showing her a video I took and she again tried to gaslight me and tell me there was simply no way when CLEARLY something happened to land that piece of plastic in my food! She then told me that I could get either a refund or have her make my order again. I then asked what steps they would take to ensure that this doesn't happen again, especially since the piece of plastic that was in my food clearly looks like it was broken off of a larger piece and therefore there could be more pieces of contaminated meat lying around. She told me once again that there was no way that the plastic was in the burger again insuiniating that I put it in there or something. At this point I asked for the owner's number as I could tell I wasn't going to be able to get anywhere with her. She then tried to take the piece of plastic with her and was clearly upset when I stopped her. I then waited as she went to the back and presumably called the owner. she then returned and told me that I could not have the owner's number and that if I didn't want a refund or my food remade then all i could do was leave a complaint on their website. I then asked if that meant that the owner would not speak to me and she said yes. I asked for her name and she said she would not give it to me and started hiding what I presume is her name on the apron. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Someone clearly made a mistake or did not follow protocol correctly and they simply DO NOT CARE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, YOUR HEALTH, YOUR SAFETY, OR THE SAFETY OF THE FOOD YOU CONSUME"

"09/29/23 @ 1:13 pm. Costumer Service is horrible at this location. I spoke with the manager and I mentioned to her that both soda machines weren’t working properly. One soda machine the coke was flat and no ice and the other one had very little syrup , had more water. It tested horrible! She grabbed a cup and tried the drink from both machines and she looked at me and said; “it’s fine”. She didn’t care what I said. Another client came in, she didn’t hear me talking to the manager about it and she was mentioning the same thing to her friend that the coke was flat so she tried another soda and she said the sprite was flat as well. I asked the manager if she could put a new syrup in the machine and her answer to me was: “ No, I tasted the drink from both machines and it’s good for me”. She completely ignored us. Then this client asked her friend to try the coke from one of machines and he made a comment that the coke taste ok for him (the one had very little syrup). After the guy mentioned to his friend that it was ok for him, the manager said very loud “THANK YOU VERY MUCH” and she walked away. Very unprofessional. The restaurant was empty, the employees were standing and talking, waiting for clients to come in. The manager or her employees should be checking these machines instead of waiting for the clients to let them know about it, and the tables should’ve been cleaned."

"I don't eat beef so I opted for fries only. The wait was slightly long but the fries are so fresh and not salty (I usually get my fries without salt). It was a great experience."

"I removed a star for the high price! What i love is that the toppings are free! I always choose everything + small fries! Great servers , fast service. Seats are comfortable and handicap friendly. Mostly the Burger is the BOMB!!!!!"

"$54 for 2 bacon double cheeseburgers, 1 cheeseburger, 1 bacon dog, 4 fries, 3 drinks. Save your money go elsewhere. For starters the cashier nor the manager spoke good English. How do you place someone as a cashier when they do not speak English proficiently? Placing my order: After placing my order, i gave them my debit card to pay with. They ran my debit card through the machine hard 6 times. They ripped it through the machine hard enough that it left marks all over my credit card. Then told me my debit card was over the limit? I have enough money in the to pay for 20 family meals. They could not give a reasonable explanation. They just Shrugged her shoulders and said but I don't know. The order: I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and the cashier repeated each one of the orders back to me. First of all at no point in time did she asked me if I wanted a single or a double. They just automatically charge me for a double and gave me a double. Once I got the food and sat down at the table. I started looking for the two bacon double cheeseburgers. Not only were the burgers not clearly marked, I could not find bacon either of my bacon cheeseburgers. In my order I had asked for 4 fries. As you can see by the picture it looks like they gave me a half a bag of fries. I suppose this wouldn't be too bad if I was a lover however with the culmination of events, this was just another thing that irritated me. I would like to note that the restaurant appeared to be very clean. Overall my family will not be visiting this place again."
