"They weren’t even busy. They had plenty of employees working and yet our order took more than 10 minutes from the time we ordered and paid to make. One girl kept adjusting her visor while wearing gloves and still handling food. Not sanitary at all. Won’t be coming back to this place again."

"I posted this on YELP but wanted to share my thoughts on GOOGLE, The gentleman who assisted me, with dreadlocks down to his upper back and having a lighter complexion, created a highly unfavorable atmosphere for both customers and staff throughout the ordering process. While placing my order, this employee displayed rudeness while questioning me about my sandwich preferences and even falsely accused me of wallet theft. Fortunately, my coworker was present and promptly vouched for the wallet's ownership. Even while she vouched for me he made it extremely difficult and yelled at us to leave the store! It has come to my attention that this location has a reputation for poor customer experiences, but I was taken aback. In my line of work within the customer service industry, I rarely encounter such disappointing service, and my recent visit to Jersey Mike's on FALLSGROVE Rd left me not wanting to return to this location ever again!"

"I’m not sure if they were just extremely short-staffed or busier than normal but my experience at this location was disappointing. I ordered online at 11:40 and the estimated time was 11:55. When I got there at 11:55 there were a few people in line with one guy attending to them, plus 2 others on online orders I believe (one more experienced guy was floating between stations but working on a large order). The other lady was working very slow. My order wasn’t ready but there were 3 orders ready at the pick up station with pick up times for 12:30, which didn’t make sense. There were at least 6-8 others waiting as well. I got my order at 12:15, waited for a cup for 5 minutes before just grabbing a bottled drink and leaving because I was already late. Super hectic and I feel bad for the employees but I would avoid this location in the future."
