"Owner is extremely rude to guests and delivery personnel. Owner will keep doors locked during restaurant hours of operation and then tells customers and delivery drivers he will refuse business because he can. Food is delicious but I recommend a different location due to the owner’s lack of customer service."

"The cashier gave me an attitude for no apparent reason because she didn't pay attention to my order instructions on how I wanted it. Instead of improving and apologizing for her not listening, she gave me an attitude which is not what I expected from this location because I been coming to this particular location for 5 years and I have never encountered any issues until today. I wanted to address the issue to management, but management wasn't available on site. Terrible Service"

"Food is ok. Nothing special at all. Especially considering how much they're charging for a plate. Employees got attitude right when you walk up to the register. I guess its a new trend in the food industry. This place is not worth it"

"I've been eating here for years, and the food quality is always top notch. Love the joojeh! I got a big take out order for my family today, and when I got home (I live pretty far away), I found that part of my order was missing. I called them up and they offered a replacement. But, as it's a long trip for me, that wasn't going to work. They immediately refunded the price of the missing item, no arguments. A really nice crew at the restaurant!"

"Walk in on a Sunday@11:30am as they don’t take calls until noon. Level up or credit card doesn’t work or and had to pay by cash. Went to Safeway to pick up some stuff after more than 20minutes, my order wasn’t even ready when I got back. Will definitely not come back. Loyal customer of the one on Wisconsin Ave though."
