"This is the closet chipotle to where I live and I have to go to another one every time. The rice is all stuck together, no cilantro and no lime. The chicken is over cooked and dry. If the tomato’s are not out then it’s the corn, something is always missing. About an hour before closing the chairs are up and the place is a mess, not only messy but there’s no utensils or napkins. The service is not good, the person preparing the burrito doesn’t greet and while you’re telling them your order they don’t even look at you. Highly dissatisfied customer."

"Stay away from Fallsgrove location. This store does not care about its customers. I placed an order for pickup and it was completely missing. By the time my order was ready, it was missing an item and the burrito bowls were way too spicy because they added the wrong sauce. Will not be going back."

"Used to come to this chipotle all the time, but will not be returning after today. One of the two burrito bowls had a live bug crawling around the food!! Disgusting."

"The store is supposed to open at 10:45, with customers standing outside we watched the staff sitting down in the restaurant until almost 11 and then decided to let everyone in. Once they opened they weren’t ready for service even though they were sitting down prior to opening. I tried to use a gift card and was told “we can’t take gift cards” Also the staff was rude. Judging by some other recent reviews I can see that others are having the same experience. Oh well there are about 15 other food places in this shopping center that will get my and my offices business from now on."

"Placed a catering order for lunch of a summer camp. The order was not ready at all at pick up time, which never happened with other restaurants I dealt with for catering orders. So many people were waiting for their online orders that were not ready. The floor behind cash register towards the kitchen was completely wet and disgusting."
