I was short on my medicine and didn’t realize I was refilling too early and she had advised that I should call my insurance and they should be able to override the early refill. Surely enough they did. I would have never known. This saved me so much when I thought I was screwed! And this isn’t the only experience. She always goes above and beyond!!"
