New Victory:

"As a customer I should not after 2 weeks have to pull my hair out from the owner Quin doing a rush job on my hair. When I went there 2 weeks ago and after looking at the images online I thought it would be a safe place to go to get my hair done. I sent images of what I wanted to the lead hairstylist. Instead she tried to give me box braids. I did not ask for that. I asked for fine braiding kind of like what you see Brandy has on the cover of her second album in 1997. I even showed her images of my hair braided before. She put more hair on my head then I needed. If she had did my hair the right way she could have spread that hair out into multiple braids and saved some hair. She had my hair looking like one braid on the east coast, one braid on the west coast, and one braid up north. Her assistant Alice is honest and did my hair the right way. The lead braider in that salon tried to give me big braids. Alice spoke up and said that is not what she wanted. I'm never going there again. If you happened to go there ask for Alice because she is honest but I won't be back. She rebranded my her the right way after Alice spoke up however my hair was kind of spaced out. I have a lot of my own hair already. Charging me extra. My suggestion if you see some physical work first. Do not always go on photos. Also look around read reviews. I wish her the best with her business but let people know if you do not want to do the job. If you have a more patient braider who has time let them do the work. SMH. My hair looked decent when I left but I soon realized one person was doing it the right way the other was not. I remember back in the day you could get decent work at a reasonable price but them days are over. You really got to look now days for who does you hair. Charged me all that money to do a job where I was forced to take my hair out."
