"The cashier was chatting to her friend while taking my order and didn’t take my single-item order correctly (no sauce instead of the sauce I asked for twice). The part of the order she got correctly was labeled correctly on the bag but was a different item from the menu. We didn’t realize until we opened the bag later. Terrible service."

"One of the stuff played and touched customer’s dog many times, and then went inside without washing her hand started to work again. There were also Muslim people were waiting to order and they don’t like these stuff according to their religion and I am one of them. She didn’t have to do that."

No hospitality, confused staff that barely speak English, moody angry staff that don't even call your name when they place your food on the order pickup section.. and they got my order wrong. Twice! I truly hope that management takes these reviews to heart and works to train their staff better because I know they can. The lady who served me at least tried and smiled and apologised, hence the second star."

"Staff seemed very grumpy, like they did not want to be there. I got my food and asked for sauce, the guy made a face like it was a hassle for him to do that for me. Hash browns were soggy, chicken was very thin, definitely not up to chick fil a standards all the way around."

"Have eaten at a LOT of different Chick-fil-As and one of the reasons is the consistency of great service. This location in Dulles is hands down the worse. Think of the worst McDonald's you've been to and this is FAR worse. Extraordinary slow and this is the easiest Chick-fil-As to work as no drive through or pickup orders. Line moved incredibly slowly (30 mins with 6 people in front). Took 2 people over 10 mins to place order my order which as simple as it comes just 1 8ct nuggets, nothing else. Waited over 20 mins for food. No apparent manager or anyone working seemed to care unlike other locations. A warning to avoid at all costs unless you have an hour+ to spare and a lot of patience!"
