"I got my nails done here for my birthday. The nail tech filed my nails until I bled and I told him he was hurting me several times to which he responded “you are very sensitive” I showed him a nail design that he said he could do and they had the material for- then after calling me sensitive, making me bleed on two fingers and basically finishing my nails he said he couldn’t do the design after all and that they didn’t even have the colors I wanted. So then he came up with his own design and it was nice… at first. Fast forward three days half of the little gems have fallen off, the gel polish on one of my fingers was full of air bubbles that sank and started peeling revealing uncured sticky gel polish underneath. We are now on day five the nails are separating from my actual nail, they look horrible and the only part that is still in tact are the gems he glued on my middle finger that he failed to mention were $15 dollars until I went to pay and the manager told me $10 dollars then changed his mind to $15. If the rest of the gems make it the full week I will be very surprised. Positively, my pedicure was nice. Pictures from day 3"
